Shaoxing Pengfa Weaving CO.,Ltd, established in 1994, is an industrial and trading company integrating fabric development, design, manufacturing, dyeing, high-end custom garment production, and sales. It operates two subsidiaries: Anqing Zhaofeng Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. and Shaoxing Zhenduo Textile Co., Ltd.
Pengfa's main products include blended and interwoven fabrics, natural fiber series, linen series, cotton-nylon series, cotton-Tencel stretch series, corduroy, and chenille series, catering to diverse fabric needs of domestic and international clientele.
Its subsidiary, Anqing Zhaofeng Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., specializes in producing elastic and non-elastic cotton fabrics (such as corduroy, poplin, twill, sateen, canvas, jacquard, etc.), cotton-polyester and cotton-nylon fabrics, linen series fabrics, and multi-process printed products, with weights ranging from 70 grams to over 300 grams. The factory holds certifications including GRS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, and EUROPEAN FLAXD.
Shaoxing Zhenduo Textile Co., Ltd. was established specifically to handle import and export operations for Shaoxing Pengfa Fabric Co., Ltd., providing product export services to global customers.

Anqing Zhaofeng Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., located in Anqing City, Anhui Province, is a large-scale printing and dyeing enterprise. It has an annual production capacity of 50 million meters of various dyed and printed fabrics, with an annual output value reaching 400 million RMB. The company employs 455 staff, including 52 management and technical personnel with intermediate or senior professional titles, providing strong development and service capabilities to meet diverse and customized product requirements.
The facility operates two continuous pad-dyeing production lines, two finishing lines, and two imported rotary screen printing lines. It is also equipped with multiple new immersion dyeing jiggers, overflow machines, cold dyeing units, and imported digital printing machines. An advanced wastewater treatment system ensures operational safety and environmental compliance.
The company has obtained a series of certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OEKO-TEX, OCS (Organic Content Standard), RCS (Global Recycled Standard), EUROPEAN FLAX, BCI (Better Cotton Initiative), HIGG FEM, HIGG SLCP, and Inditex compliance.
