We use long-staple cotton and imported nylon. Long-staple cotton has longer fibers. This makes the yarn smoother and the fabric surface cleaner. It does not pill easily. Imported nylon has 15% higher breaking strength than regular nylon. This makes the fabric much more durable. We did a comparison test. Regular cotton-polyester trousers start to show wear at the knees after 2,000 rubs. Our product still looks fine after 5,000 rubs. This is why this fabric is great for trench coats, jackets, cargo pants, school uniforms, and outdoor brands.

The cotton nylon stretch woven fabric feels crisp but not stiff after finishing. Compared with pure cotton, it does not wrinkle easily after washing. You barely need to iron it. The usable width is 140-144 cm. The weight is 155 GSM. This is a lightweight fabric. It is perfect for spring and autumn garments. It works well for light jackets and casual trousers.
