We can work from customer samples, design references, or detailed requirements to develop suitable fabrics in terms of composition, color, texture, weight, and finishing effect. For printed products, a complete pattern sample is preferred, while for general fabric development the original sample helps us understand the target more accurately. During the early stage, our team communicates with customers about garment use, brand style, functional requirements, testing standards, budget, and delivery expectations, so the development direction is clearer from the beginning. We can also provide lab dips, hand-feel samples, pre-production samples, color cards, hangers, and meter samples for reference. In this way, customers have more support when selecting materials and confirming details before bulk production. This practical and flexible process allows us to handle both regular fabric requests and more personalized development needs for different markets and brands.

Our factory strength comes from both manufacturing capacity and complete production support. As an integrated company combining factory and trade, we not only manage export service, but also rely on our own production base for fabric development, dyeing, printing, and finishing. The factory operates more than 300 machines and has an annual capacity of 50 million meters of dyed and printed fabrics, which gives us the ability to handle repeat orders and larger bulk programs more steadily. In addition, the plant is equipped with two continuous pad dyeing lines, two finishing lines, two imported rotary screen printing lines, and several modern dyeing and digital printing machines. This equipment structure helps improve production flexibility and batch consistency. The company also has an advanced wastewater treatment system and a series of certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OEKO-TEX, OCS, RCS, and other recognized standards.
