Press it with a fingertip and you'll sense 15 % vertical bounce-squat, kneel, drive; the cloth snaps back instantly, banishing baggy knees and sagging seats.

Mid-production, no-level brushing raises a down as fine as fresh snow: soft against the skin but never clingy, still pristine after 24 hours of rubbing against wool sweaters or raw denim, with an anti-pilling grade of ≥ EU 4.

The reverse side receives an eco-friendly moisture-management finish that curbs odor caused by trapped heat. During final finishing we preshrink the cloth for you, then over-dye it in vintage tones-retro caramel, forest pine, midnight navy. Each wash deepens the nap, developing the timeworn luster once found only in thrift-shop treasures, yet it never turns stiff like old-school corduroy.
