During this stage, dedicated order followers and quality inspectors monitor each procedure from production to inspection instead of checking only the finished goods. Our factory also benefits from stable equipment, including continuous dyeing and finishing lines, rotary screen printing lines, and modern dyeing and digital printing machines, which help keep quality more consistent from batch to batch. In addition, recognized certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OEKO-TEX, OCS, RCS, and other standards support our daily management and process control. Customers are kept informed through regular progress updates, photos, or videos of key stages. Before shipment, inspection can be arranged according to the agreed standards, and third-party test reports are available when needed. In this way, we try to make every order stable, traceable, and reliable for our customers.

Packaging and transportation are handled only after the goods are checked and confirmed to meet the order requirements. Based on the customer's instructions, we first reconfirm quantity, packing method, shipping marks, and delivery details, and then arrange packaging, inspection, booking space, customs declaration, and sea transportation in an orderly way. During shipment preparation, we also keep customers updated on production progress and possible delays, so the delivery plan stays clear. For export goods, good packaging is not only about appearance. The outer packing should match the weight and shape of the cargo, sealing should be firm, labels should be easy to identify, and inner protection should reduce moisture, pressure, and rubbing during transit. If palletized shipping is needed, the cargo should be stacked in a stable way and secured well to avoid movement on the way. We also pay attention to the consistency between the packing list, invoice, and actual cargo information, because accurate documents help reduce customs or delivery problems. After dispatch, we continue tracking the logistics and inform customers about the estimated arrival, so the whole transport process remains smoother and more transparent.
