Textured Plain Fabric

• Clean surface for secondary processes: The surface is clean. Brands can add embroidery, labels or printing on the garment. The fabric works as a background.

• Grain texture avoids a flat look: Compared with ordinary plain weave, the surface has fine embossed grain. Garments do not look too plain.

• Rayon-nylon blend for garment body: 80% RAYON gives a skin-friendly hand feel. 20% NYLON gives the fabric some body. Garments keep drape without clinging.

• Dyeing consistency: Sample yardage is kept for each batch to keep color consistent in follow-up orders.

• Colorfastness: Dry/wet rubbing colorfastness is grade 2–3. Suitable for daily wear and normal washing.

For this Textured Plain Fabric, the main quality checkpoints are surface grain and dyeing uniformity. Because the fabric has no jacquard or stripe pattern, any inconsistency in grain or color shows more clearly on the finished garment. Each lot keeps a retained sample for reorder comparison. Width and weight are verified by sampling against order requirements. Dry/wet rubbing colorfastness follows grade 2–3. Garment wash labels should state normal machine wash and no high-temperature ironing. Third-party testing can be arranged at extra cost if required.
