Nylon Polyester Corduroy

This fabric is made from 93% polyester, 5% nylon, and 2% spandex. Polyester ensures structural stability and wrinkle resistance, while nylon improves surface strength and adds a refined luster. The addition of spandex provides mild elasticity, allowing the fabric to offer comfort and flexibility. Its corduroy-inspired texture with an interlocking square pattern creates a distinctive appearance and layered touch.

Single torsion springs are commonly manufactured from high-strength spring steel or stainless steel to ensure durability and fatigue resistance. They provide reliable elasticity, long service life, and stable load-bearing capacity. Proper surface treatment can further enhance corrosion resistance and operational reliability.

The spring is formed by winding metal wire into a helical coil with one active leg extending outward. When the leg is displaced, the coil stores mechanical energy and produces a restoring force. The polyester and nylon blend gives the fabric strong resistance to abrasion and long-term wear. It maintains color brightness and structural integrity after repeated washing and use.
