Slub Blended Fabric

• Finer hand feel than ordinary slub: Compared with pure polyester slub fabric, this blended slub fabric keeps the slub texture while giving a softer, finer hand feel. Garments do not feel scratchy against the skin.

• Higher garment body: 80% RAYON 20% NYLON blend. While keeping the linen-like style, garments have more body than ordinary slub fabrics.

• More even slub distribution: The blend process controls slub distribution and reduces texture variation in bulk production.

• Suitable for mid-to-high-end positioning: The hand feel and garment effect are finer than ordinary linen-look fabrics.

• Colorfastness: Dry/wet rubbing colorfastness is grade 2–3. Suitable for daily wear and normal washing.

Slub distribution is the main consistency point for this article. Each production lot keeps a retained sample for reorder comparison. Buyers can use the retained sample to check slub density, surface hand feel and color direction before placing a repeat order. Width and weight are checked against order requirements by sampling. Dry/wet rubbing colorfastness follows grade 2–3. Garment wash labels should state normal machine wash and no high-temperature ironing. Third-party testing can be arranged at extra cost if required.
