1. For general washing, you can hand wash or machine wash using an alkaline detergent.
2. The washing temperature depends on the color of the cotton fabric. Generally, the optimal water temperature is 40-50°C. For brightly colored or dark-colored fabrics, keep the water temperature low and the washing time short to prevent fading. White, sweat-free cotton fabrics can be boil-washed. Cotton fabrics with sweat stains should not be washed at high temperatures to prevent the protein in the sweat from coagulating and adhering to the fibers, resulting in yellowing.
3. For paint stains on cotton fabrics, first rub with kerosene or turpentine until the stain is removed before washing.
4. Dry cotton fabrics in a cool, ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight.
5. When ironing, spray the fabric with a light dampener to facilitate smoothing.
