Cotton-nylon fabric is made by weaving pure cotton yarn and nylon yarn on an air-jet loom. It is ideal for casual wear and fashion. Available in plain, twill, matte, and square weave styles, it boasts a vibrant sheen and a rich hand, making it ideal for shirts, padded jackets, and jackets.
It offers comfort, coolness, breathability, excellent elasticity, soft colors, excellent drape, and minimal shrinkage.
Cotton-nylon (metallic silk) fabrics primarily include polyester-cotton, cotton-nylon, nylon-polyester, and all-cotton metal-nylon fabrics. Metal-nylon content is generally around 5%, making it a popular high-value-added fabric with anti-static, anti-radiation, and a shimmering sheen.
It is typically made of cotton and nylon, or more than 95%, with the remainder being metal-nylon. Metal-nylon fabrics are high-end fabrics made by high-tech wire drawing to create metal fibers embedded within the fabric. Metal-nylon fabrics account for approximately 2% to 6% of the fabric. Generally, for fabrics of the same technical level, the higher the metal-nylon content, the more expensive it is. Because of the metal threads, the fabric's overall color is vibrant and bright, and any metallic sheen can reflect the unique sheen of metal. Therefore, cotton and brocade fabrics appear even more vibrant under sunlight. However, it's important to note that the benefits of metal thread fabrics extend beyond their metallic sheen. They also offer anti-static and radiation protection properties, further enhancing various aspects of the body's well-being.
